Having a passion for new products, technologies and innovations that improve health, longevity and lifestyle, Renee Bryan has spent the past 20+ years in the global life sciences industry, working for large multinational organizations such as STERIS, Kimberly-Clark and Teleflex Medical and more recently for six California-based early-stage companies. Her career began with the global product management function, progressed to strategic planning for accelerated growth and culminated in M&A, licensing and co-development activities to achieve inorganic growth for companies entering new markets.

She has deep experience in evaluating new technologies, products, markets and geographies for revenue growth in the medical device, diagnostics and digital health markets including market analysis & sizing, formulation of market entry strategies, business case financial justification and designing truly differentiated competitive positioning.

Noted for exceptional product launches, Renee was recruited to five different organizations to drive new products to commercialization or to put a new company on the competitive map. For mature businesses, she has built imaginative pathways for profitable growth through product line extensions and service enhancements that grew market share and made products and services “stick” to a customer base.

She is known as an inspiring leader of cross-functional teams which demonstrate accountability and meet tight deadlines. As an entrepreneurial minded designer of product pipelines deeply rooted in customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) insights, Renee ensures organizations stay ahead of competitors, maximizing commercial success.

Ms. Bryan has undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Finance from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
